Resources and Trainings
MCYA also exists to bring helpful resources to our local leaders who are serving in the Mien churches by planning leadership training and conferences.
We partner with different mission organizations to bring effective leadership development tools to our leaders who are lacking biblical and youth ministry training. We also provide mentorship and ministry consulting alongside our partnered organizations. We are always looking for more volunteer teachers and leaders to bring a variety of training for our local leaders.
